Koglin is on the women's all-conference second team for the second year in a row while Thomas is honored for the first time and is on the men's all-conference second team. The 10-member squads are comprised of individuals from the eight league teams based on each team's finish at the NESCAC championships, which were held in conjunction with the National Invitational Rowing Championships on May 11.

Koglin rowed in the six-seat for the varsity 8 at the New York State Collegiate Championships on May 5 and at the National Invitational Rowing Championships. She helped lead the Continentals to a silver medal at the state regatta and first place in the petite final at the national regatta. Hamilton was ranked as high as fourth this spring in the Division III Top 15 coaches poll before Koglin and the Continentals settled in at No. 8 in the final poll of the regular season on May 16. Hamilton was ranked first as a team and second in the varsity 8 in the New York Region by the NCAA on May 9.
