Tigani was voted to the first team and Osborn was placed on the second team. A total of 14 men's golfers received all-conference honors. This is the first season the NESCAC released its all-conference men's golf team in the spring.

Tigani is on the all-conference team for the fourth time in his Hamilton career. He made the first team in 2014 and 2015 and picked up second team honors as a junior in 2016. Tigani's 18-hole stroke average was 75.13 for 16 rounds in 2017-18. He was the medalist for tournaments hosted by Hamilton and St. Lawrence University in the fall, and tied for second place at the 2018 Williams College Spring Invitational. Tigani tied for third place at the NESCAC championship qualifier in the fall with rounds of 75 and 72. His tournament score of 147 qualified him as an individual for the 2018 NESCAC Championship in the spring when he finished in seventh place at 151 (71-80). His worst 18-hole score all season was an 80.

Osborn is on the all-conference team for the first time. His 18-hole stroke average was 78.00 for 15 rounds in 2017-18. Osborn finished in the top six in three tournaments during the fall, and he fired a 77 in the second round of the NESCAC championship qualifier on October 1. He posted 10 rounds in the 70s this season as a sophomore.
