Men's hockey still in top 15 in both Division III polls

The Hamilton College men's hockey team remained in the top 15 of both Division III polls on Monday, Dec. 4 despite two conference losses at home this past weekend.

The Continentals (3-2-1 overall) are ranked 10th by D3hockey.com and 13th by USCHO.com. Hamilton was edged 1-0 by nationally ranked Trinity College on Saturday night and dropped a 5-3 decision against Wesleyan University on Sunday afternoon. The Continentals were No. 5 in the D3hockey.com poll and No. 8 in the USCHO.com poll the week before.

Hamilton, which is 0-2-1 so far in the NESCAC, has two more conference home games inside Russell Sage Rink coming up this weekend. Middlebury College visits the Continentals on Friday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. and Williams College comes to Clinton on Saturday, Dec. 9 at 5 p.m. Williams is 5-0-0 and ranked 13th by D3hockey.com and 14th by USCHO.com this week.
