A program must have at least a 3.00 cumulative team grade point average in order to be eligible for the All-Academic Team award. The Continentals' team GPA was 3.32. The Hamilton men have collected this award seven straight years under head coach Brett Hull. Hamilton men's track and field student-athletes racked up a combined total of 17 NESCAC all-academic team honors between the winter and spring releases.

Eli Saucier '18 led the Continentals this past season as he qualified for the 2018 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the men's 100- and 200-meter dash and the 2018 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in the men's 200 meters. Saucier earned 2018 NESCAC Track & Field All-Conference honors for winning the 200, finishing second in the 100 and helping Hamilton to third place in the 400-meter relay at the NESCAC championships.
