Five women's tennis players honored for academic achievement

The Hamilton College women's tennis team and five of its players have been rewarded for academic accomplishment as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced the 2018 All-Academic Teams and Scholar-Athletes.

2018 ITA Division III Women Academic Award release

The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or better on a 4.00 scale. All varsity letter winners were factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year. ITA Scholar-Athletes must be a varsity letter winner, have a GPA of 3.50 or better for the 2017-18 academic year and have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters.

The Hamilton women earned the team award for the fourth straight year as head coach Matt Brisotti prepares for his second season with the Continentals. The players listed below collected scholar-athlete honors.
